The importance of ident ifying these problems is in order not to be restricted into persuasion that the clinical instructor solely bears the responsibility of student learning experience. The challenges, however, are minor with the clinical instructor playing the leading role in students learning experience. According to Jennett, clinical instructors have a evidential effect on the success or failure of a student in the clinic. The instructors supervise, advice, coach and despatch students in solving problems, decision-making, and critical thinking. They also have the responsibility of providing a learning environment contributive to their students.
